Today has been a hard day. Last night I could not get to sleep. It was crazy because I was so sleepy I felt myself starting to doze off. Then a random thought made me wide awake. I was awake until almost 3:30AM. I thought I was going to be awake all night long. I tried counting, praying, playing word games in my mind....nothing worked. I needed a little bit of benadryl but I didn't have any.
This morning I got up at almost 7:30. It was 30 minutes later than I wanted to. Needless to say, I didn't work on my house at all. I got ready as I always do, then I woke Ryan. I am so thankful Ryan's truck is fixed, so I didn't have to take him to school (thanks Andrew!!!!).
It was a little foggy on the way to work.
When I got to work everything was quiet. Judie's tv in her bedroom was off. I hate when it is like that because the noise from the tv covers the noise I may make doing my cleaning routine. So, I sat down to wait till she woke. I read my bible on my phone and played a word game.
In just a little bit, Judie came down the hall. She was only wearing her underwear, but it was very modest. I made my eyes only look at her face and told myself it was like her wearing a bathing suit. I also thought she must be very comfortable with me. I really think she thinks of me as a nurselike helper. Although she hates to think I am there because she may fall (which is why I was hired), so just about everyday she gives me housework to do so it will seem like that is my job. It used to be so annoying and at times is now. One time when I was praying I asked God to have her not to give me housework to do. The thought came immediately to me....what will it hurt if you do what she asks. So, I started seeing it in a different light. It doesn't hurt me to do what she asks. And if it give her peace of mind, then it is a good thing. I can't say that I don't ever get aggravated when she does it tho'....especially when Dennis is there. I should say, I have always worked on the house, and have gotten it in a great shape from a very messy house (with her daughters help). What is so annoying is she will ask me to do stuff that has already been done recently (like dusting).
Judie sat down and covered up with a throw. We talked a bit and I asked is she would like to go get Dennis a card and chocolate candy (which he loves) for their anniversary. Today was their 56th wedding anniversary. Oh, I have to tell you all the funniest thing. She does not have the best marriage, but it is not horrible. I think sometimes it is horrible in her mind, but I am there a lot, and Dennis is very loving to her most of the time. Anyway, when I had my anniversary in July, she asked if she needed to get me a sympathy card. Hahahaha So, when we talked about her getting Dennis a card, we joked about it being a sympathy card. Ha! Even tho she jokes about it, I know she loves him very much.
I got her something to eat, and as she ate, I went to clean the dog room and the bathroom. Then she dozed off in the chair. I was able to sit down and relax as she slept. When she woke, she said she was going to go get dressed so we could go. I said ok. I should say, I really didn't want to take her. She is unsteady on her feet, and doesn't have a lot of strength to stand long. I didn't know where her wheelchair was either. Her daughter called me earlier in the week and asked me to do it. Why oh why do I agree to things I don't feel good about. I think that may have been part of why I couldn't sleep last night.
After a good while she still was not coming back to the family room. I went to check on her and she was in bed sound asleep. While she slept, I took care of two loads of her clothes I had washed. When she got up, she complained of a headache. So, I texted her daughter and told her I had tried all day to get her ready, and she was still not dressed. She told me she was going slow because she had a headache. I texted that I didn't know if we would be able to go. Her daughter texted back not to worry about it. You know what? I think God worked it out that I didn't have to worry about it. Thank you God!!!
Not long after, it was time for me to go. As soon as I got in the car, I called Dad to see if he wanted me to pick him up a hamburger (Arby's roastbeef). A lot of weeks when I don't have time to fix a meal for him, I pick him up an Arby's. He said he wanted one. So, I went to the bank and then went to get him a roastbeef, potato cakes, and a cherry turnover. I usually always get him the same thing.
Dad has a beautiful place.
I should have taken more pics of his land. It is beautiful.
Papaw was sitting at the table in his place when I got there. I gave him the food and we talked a little as he was taking out the food. So, I left. I wish I had taken a pic of him.
This afternoon Ryan asked if he could drive to Matt's house, help him mow the yard, and spend the night. I told him ok. Tonight I fixed Mark and me skillet rice.
I have already washed the dishes and fixed coffee pot for tomorrow. I brought up two loads of clothes from the dryer and washed and dried another load.
Tomorrow, Lord willing, I will be back at Nana's cleaning. I hope and pray I get so much accomplished.
Finally, today Nikki sent me the sweetest text. It made me cry!! She was on a website where they were complaining about mother-in-laws and this is what she posted:
I have to brag a minute here. I have the worlds best mother in law. My husband and I started dating as teenagers so I feel like she is basically my second mother. Does she baby my husband? Yes, because he is her baby!! I'll probably do the same to my son and daughter. And honestly, my son basically is my husband all over again lol. My husbands mother is the kindest most giving woman I've ever known, and I love that my children get to have her as a grandmother.
Ya'll, tears are rolling down my cheeks as I type this. It is the sweetest thing. I love her as a daughter. And as a daughter, we don't always agree, but the love doesn't change!!!
Oh, and tonight I talked to her on the phone and she fixed vegetable soup for supper. Yum!!! I wish I was eating with them!!!
I pray for everyone's safety and blessings. Till next time.

Rainy Day
This morning before I left to go to Nana's, I washed dishes, ironed, washed a load of clothes, cut up chicken into bite-size pieces, and put them in a bag of marinade. I left to go to Nana's before 9:30. As I was driving in her driveway, I got a call from Dennis. He said Judie's appointment was at 3:30, so he would need me. I told him I would be right over. He lives five minutes from Nana and Papaw. I didn't get out of the car. I just turned around and went straight over there.
It really worried me. I thought her appt was at 9:30 and I was supposed to be there at 12. How could I have been so confused. When I got there, Dennis explained that he had it down as 9:30, but when they called to confirm the appointment yesterday, they told him it was at 3:30. What a relief!!! I had it right all along.
Not soon after I got there, Dennis left. Judie came out of the bedroom. She talked for a while and then decided to go rest until time to get ready to go to the doctor. I went and cleaned the dog room, bathroom, and swept.
It was a rainy and gloomy morning. This is the view from their front window.
They have a beautiful view. I will try to take a pic on a pretty day. We really needed the rain, tho.
Dennis came back around lunch time and fixed his lunch. Judie came out of the bedroom and talked to Dennis for a bit. Then she came to sit with me in the family room. When Dennis is there, she acts like I should be busy working all the time. She acts like Dennis will be upset if we aren't busy. It isn't true. Dennis could care less. He puts old movies on for me to watch sometimes and gives me World War II books to read while I am there. Why she acts like this I don't know. So, as he is in the kitchen, she mouths to me to "act busy". I started dusting all of the figurines, etc. on this bookcase.
As I was dusting, Judie went to the bathroom and Dennis left. It was time for Judie to get her shower and get ready. When she came out of the bathroom, I tried to hide so she wouldn't come back to talk. What did she do? She came back, sat down, and started talking. I would say, "you need to get your shower and get ready." She would say, "I know. I just don't want to go." Oh my! How was I going to get her to get ready?? I told her I was going to check on the dogs and she kept saying no. I thought, "she is not going to be ready in time." Finally she went to get ready.
Dennis came back as she was getting out of shower. He got ready and sat down to rest. I went to help her finish up. Shewie, we barely made it. Oh, something else, she always tries to manipulate me into going with her to the doctor. This morning she told me Dennis wasn't going and we were going. There is no way I want to go to the doctor with her. I could not make any medical decisions. I told her I would talk to Dennis about it. So I did. I told Dennis she wanted me to go to the doctor with her, but I didn't feel comfortable. He said, "I have to go to the doctor with her so I will be able to talk to him (and know what's going on)." Next time, she will try to manipulate me into going again, but at least Dennis knows I am not going. That is what matters.
I came home and ate a balogna sandwich on gluten free bread with tortilla chips. It was so, so good. Then I took a nap. I got up and fixed supper. It was an easy meal.
Zesty chicken with pasta and corn. I am not crazy about pasta or canned corn, but surprisingly, it tasted really good.
Andrew called me tonight on his way home from work. It was after 7PM. Love his heart! He had had a long day at work after working here all day yesterday. He said he had two guys out today, and so he had to work on cars all day long. Bless his heart! He said after he got home last night he could hardly move because his muscles were inflamed. He has arthritis issues like I do. He is an awesome son and brother! I told him he needed a day off, and he said he probably wouldn't have one till next Wednesday. Oh my! Makes me sorry for him.
And finally, this past summer Nikki and the kids spent a week with Nikki's Aunt Troy and Uncle Charlie. Nikki was so close to them growing up and now her babies spend time there. It is so cool. I hope to do a blog post with all the pics she sent me, but here is one of the cute pics.
Ahhh my heart!!!
Be blessed! Till next time.

The Truck is Fixed
Yesterday I was so tired. At work I didn't do any extras, just my regular routine. Judie was awake and talking all afternoon. Although it is hard, I think it is really good for her the more she is awake and actively thinking.
After work I had to stop by the store and get some ingredients for pizza. Andrew was coming to help Ryan fix the truck, and I wanted a good meal for him.
Last night for supper I fixed grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli.
After supper I relaxed a while, and then I fixed pizza's for the next day.
I also fixed some awesome cupcakes from Mary's blog.
They are so good!!
This morning I got up around 7:30. I always roll right out of bed and onto my knees to begin my day talking to God. I can't begin to tell you the peace of having that relationship. Then I stripped the bed and put on clean sheets and pillow cases.
I always go straight to wash my hair and then my bath. Then I start cooking Ryan's bacon and get a cup of coffee. I love my coffee. Right now I am using pumpkin coffee creamer, and it is so good.
This morning after I got ready, I baked the pizza I fixed last night. Andrew sent me a text around 7:30 saying he was on his way. It takes and hour and a half to get here.
Ryan slept till almost 9. He got up and hurriedly got ready just as Andrew got here. It was so good to see Andrew. Bless his heart. He had not had a day off for ten days, and then he spent his day off helping Ryan fix the truck. He is awesome!!!
I ran to the bank to get the money I was supposed to give Andrew for our hotel room at the beach. Nikki had made the reservations for us. I also went by the store to get drinks for them.
Ryan and Andrew started work on the truck and I left to go clean Nana and Papaw's house. Today I cleaned the bathrooms. They have three bathrooms. Nana and Papaw's bathroom has a shower, jet tub, toilet, and two separate sinks. It takes an hour and a half for me to clean that bathroom. This is the beautiful view from their bathroom window.
They own 28 beautiful acres. They have a beautiful house too. It takes me four days to clean it. Every day is exhausting, but I guess cleaning the bathrooms are the hardest. I clean everything from light fixtures to baseboards...moving up and down. I get a good workout. :)
As I was working, I texted Ryan a little after 1:30 asking how it was going. He texted that they were having issues getting it in time (the timing belt), but they were getting there. I felt bad for Andrew that he was still there working on it. I thought he would be finished by noon and heading back home. I just prayed it would be perfect and Ryan would not have any problems with it.
At 1:57, Ryan texted they had it started and just had to put it back together. It took forever. I got home around 3:30, and they were still working on it.
Bless Andrew!! Ryan and I ran to the auto parts store to get some steering wheel fluid. I think they got it running around 5PM.
He had to burp the antifreeze and the steering wheel fluid.
I ran upstairs and reheated the pizza. They had not eaten all day. Finally it was ready for a test drive.
It sounds better than it did before the timing belt broke. Yay!!
They went for a test drive to Ryan's school. It ran great! I am so thankful for Andrew coming on the only day he had off in ten days! Ryan learned a lot today.
Andrew left around 6PM. I sent pizza and cupcakes with him. I talked to Nikki around 7:30PM and they were eating pizza. I love that!
Tonight I dozed after supper. I was so tired. Ryan organized some of the tools they had to buy today.
Cruzer helped.
Tomorrow morning I am planning to go work at Nana's until noon, and then go to Judie's. Judie has a doctor's appointment early and will not need me.
Finally, (of course it is about the grands) in August Nikki lost her brother. He lived in California. They had his body shipped back here for the service. A couple of days before the funeral, Nikki's mom broke her hip and had to have surgery. They had to delay the burial.
The day after Nikki's mom got out of the hospital, they had the burial service. It was the saddest thing. It broke my heart for her mom. Can you imagine coming home from the hospital one day and the next day laying your son to rest? I don't know how she did it.
The service was beautiful, but so, so sad! It was a military service and they had the 21 gun salute. It was all so heartbreaking.
Ryan went with me to the service. As soon as we got out of the car, I saw my babies. They looked so cute!!
This is how they posed for me. Ha!
I love that Mason is smiling and Haley is trying to smile cause he is so heavy. Hahaha I love them so much. Oh and something else, when we walked into the room for the service, there sat Sandra and Wayne (sister and brother-in-law). It really, really touched my heart for them to be there.
Ok, I have to get ready for bed. Hope you all are blessed and safe.

Labor Day
The way I celebrated Labor Day was to work. Ha! Dennis told me I could be off if I wanted, but we are planning to go on vacation in a couple weeks, so I decided to work. It was certainly not because I wanted to work. I would have loved to sleep in.
Judie was awake when I got to work this morning. I opened the door and the tv in the den was blaring. She was sitting in her chair eating a pop tart. She loves pop tarts. I sat down to talk to her.
She talked for a while and then got tired and sleepy. She went to lay down, and I went to clean the doggie room. She told me to wake her in 20 min. I said ok. (sure, yeah right) She slept till around 11AM I think. I had time to clean the front bathroom, sweep the floors, dry and hang up/fold a load of clothes, and wash a load of towels. I sat for a while and tried to relax my body. I wanted to doze for a bit but don't know if I ever did.
When she got up, I fixed her one of those Campbell meals that had potatoes on the bottom, chicken and gravy in the middle, and biscuits on top. She came to the kitchen when I started fixing it, and then she said she had to go to the bathroom or she was going to puddle. :) As she was walking to the bathroom, she said she was going to sit down. Oh my, I thought, she is going to have an accident. She sat there for a long time before she went to the bathroom. I kept hoping and praying she made it to the bathroom and thank God she did.
She ate a good lunch while we talked. As we are talking, I am thinking I am going to remember things she says so I can blog about them. But, of course, I don't remember. Usually we talk about things we have talked about a hundred times, which is fine with me. I act as if we have never talked about them before or even minutes before. A lot of times she is upset about something and we talk about it a lot. I always act as if I am on her side, although I always think it is not as she thinks it is. I love her dearly!!! She does really aggravating things (which I hope to blog about someday), but I still love her so much. When she is talking, I try to think about how precious she is, and how she doesn't think well. It is really sad.
For instance, Dennis owns the Berry Farm and there is a big, beautiful white house that her mother and stepfather lived in. It has five bedrooms and big white columns at the front porch. She loves the windows there and the view. She told me when I first started working for them that she and Dennis discussed it, and they decided to live in the house where they live now and let their son live in the "big house", as it is called. She probably tells me every day that she wanted to live in the big house. She says that Dennis told her she was going to live in the big house and then he decided to let her son live there. I know it didn't happen this way, but there is no sense in telling her. She will not believe me, and tomorrow we will talk about it again.....until something else happens. At least it keeps her thinking and talking.
I love the house they live in (have I written that before?) I took pics today of the living room and dining room.
I love, love, love the big windows in the living room and dining room. They have a beautiful view too. I will try to take a pic sometime.
After work today, I went to pick up Ryan at Matt's house. They have a great house too.
Ryan was supposed to spend the last night with Matt, but he instead went with Jared, Nathan, and LeAnna to Boomsday (fireworks show). It was the last Boomsday, so they wanted to go. The crowd was unbelievable!!! Ryan sent me a text saying it was hot, humid, and thousands of people. Can you imagine? His back was killing him because he had to stand and wait in the crowd for an hour.
He said it was great. And he thought it was worth it. I know it is an awesome show. I have been before and loved it.
Ryan got home a little after midnight and went straight to bed. He was exhausted. He had been texting with Matt, and I was supposed to take him to Matt's this morning. Guess what! I forgot. I am getting ready this morning thinking how Mark and Ryan get to sleep in and forgot to wake Ryan.
Right as I got in the car to leave, Mary texted and asked if I was bringing Ryan. Oh no! She called and told me to wake him and Matt would pick him up. I ran back upstairs and woke Ryan. Matt picked him up and he spent the day with him.
After I picked up Ryan, I went to Ingles because they had good sales on ground beef and boneless chicken. As soon as I got home, I started supper. As I was fixing supper, I separated the meat into packages. I also patted out some hamburger patties and froze them. Tonight I fixed spaghetti.
I am not crazy about spaghetti, so I ate leftovers.
I have already washed dishes and fixed lunches for tomorrow. I need to fold some clothes and then I will be ready for bed. Yay!!!
Finally, I always try to post something about the grands. You know Mason told Nikki for the first time about a dream and it was about swinging at my house. Well, he got up the other morning and Nikki asked him what he dreamed about. He said, "I dreamed about sleeping." Hahahahaha!
Be blessed!!! Till next time.

Yay For Friday!
Shewie, I am so glad this day is over. I was so tired this morning. Not sleeping well all week is catching up with me. Judie was asleep when I got there. Yay! I talked to Martha a long time on the phone while she slept. We do not have a lot of opportunity to talk anymore, so we had a lot to talk about. When I got off the phone, I cleaned the dog room. In my last post I said I would take a pic of Pugsley. Here he is in the middle.
Here is Heidi at the door to tell me hello. They all have their blankets, but a lot of times they sleep on the floor. I think their blankets must be hot.
This morning while Judie ate her breakfast, I stripped their bed and put on new sheets. I swept and mopped their bedroom and the back bathroom. Then I threw the sheets in the washer and put it on sanitize. (ha!) Yep, my OCD is always in full gear when I am at work. Since I was wearing gloves (ha!), I went to clean the bathroom. Then I went back to sit with her.
This is their family room where we sit most of the time.
The chair with the green cushion is where I always sit. Judie sits in the blue chair that is a recliner and chair lift. The pink stack on the couch in the background is the clean sheets I folded right out of the dryer. The glass door goes to the doggie room. Beyond the doggie room is a room with a hot tub and beside it a bathroom. Then beside it is a huge room Dennis uses as an office. Behind the couch where it is open, is the kitchen. I love this house. It would be beautiful if someone like "Fixer Upper" could get a hold of it. The living room and dining room are really cool. I will try to get a pic next time I am at work.
This is my view when sitting in my chair. Well, most of the time I am looking at her, but, this is what I can see when I look away from her.
I don't remember what time she got up this morning, but after she was up, she was awake all day. She was doing so much better today. She talked, and talked, and talked. I did really well not getting sleepy until the end of the day. I could feel my eyes starting to close beyond my control. She said, "I'm sorry I am talking so much." Made me feel sorry for her. I told her she wasn't talking too much and she could talk as much as she wanted to with me. I told her I was going to check on Wednesday. Sometimes she barks (but she wasn't then). It helped me to wake up and not be so sleepy.
Dennis came home around 2:30PM. He had to get ready to go to the eye dr. to get an injection in his eye. I don't remember what is wrong with him. He was worn out and very hot because he had been spraying on the tractor. He owns the Berry Patch where Nikki's dad works. He turned on the ceiling fan and sat in the brown chair to rest and cool off. Judie asked if she could get him anything. He said yes, a glass of water. I got it for him so she wouldn't have to get up.
We all sat there and talked a bit about the hot weather, etc. Judie kept asking if she could get him anything and he kept saying no. He closed his eyes to rest a bit and she said something about the people were coming to check the furnace to see if the heat was working. I thought whaaaaat???? I said, "I don't know anything about it." I was thinking I had never even heard the phone ring. Dennis repeated what she said in a tone like "are you crazy?" She started laughing because she was really making a joke to Dennis because he was so hot. Hahahahahaha I got so tickled. I said, "do you think it needs to be hotter?" We both laughed and she was tearing up she was laughing so much. I really loved to see her laugh. Dennis didn't laugh at all. (Ha!)
After Dennis left we talked and talked some more. I was really, really getting tired. She usually naps some time in the afternoon and it gives me a break. Not today. I worked so hard that she would not have sundowning syndrome (which is confusion and agitation in the afternoon and evening of alzheimers patients). She would start to cry because Dennis has taken away her driver's liscense because of (3) minor accidents (ha!). And, also because he took away her job (she is in her 70's and retired). I would change the subject as much as I could. I asked when she got the dogs, etc.... She ended up doing really well. I left on a good note.
Ryan picked me up and we went to the bank and then to pay the water bill before coming home.
I didn't even sit down when I got home. I started fixing supper. Tonight I fixed taco casserole (Mary's recipe).
I found these thin tostitos that we love with it.
I also found gluten free taco seasoning.
I wasn't crazy about it because it was too hot. You guys would probably love it.
I have already washed the dishes and worked on laundry. I am just relaxing till time for bed. I hope to sleep late tomorrow morning.
And finally, Nikki sends me the sweetest txts and pictures about the kids and their day. I love it. The other day Nikki was sick and sent me this txt:
Oh my goodness Haley just said the funniest thing. I have a cold and am laying down, and she came in here to use the bathroom. As she was leaving I said, "I love you" and she said, "I love you too but we can't chit chat right now. You need to get some rest!" This was after she gave me my checkup with her doctors kit.
It's a good thing I don't really take naps cause I'm laying here trying to rest and every ten seconds Mason comes back and says "don't close your eyes!"
They have both been so good today. I swear Haley is the sweetest, most thoughtful little girl ever. She has been trying to take care of me today and she does the sweetest things without even thinking about it. Like putting her little hand on my head and moving my hair away and stuff. She is precious.
Those sweet babies just melt my heart!! Nikki also sent me some really cute videos, but my phone won't let me send them to my email. :(
Ok, I am off of here to relax. I pray you all are blessed with a wonderful weekend! Till next time.

Just A Normal Day
This morning I had to get up an hour earlier so I could take Ryan to school. Since his truck is out of commission, we are having to work together to get to school and work. Ryan is taking a dual college/high school math class and has to be at school by 7:50 Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The other days he has to be there at 10AM. I take him to school on his early days so I will have the car to go to work at 9. He takes me to work on the other days, so he will have the car to go to school at 10. I hope he can get his truck fixed soon.
This morning when I got back from taking Ryan to school, I washed the dishes I had left last night. Sometimes when I am really tired, I will leave them overnight. I make sure the food is put away and things are covered. I love to get up and get so much accomplished before I go to work. I usually iron for Mark and me and work on my laundry.
As you all know, I am a caretaker for a lady that has had a stroke (I think maybe several). Her name is Judie. When I first starting going to her house, she had fallen several times. One time she broke some ribs and could have died from the hematoma. Her whole back was blue and purple. She had to stay in the hospital several days. She is so much better now. She gets around really well. She also has dementia. Most of the time she is fine, but she will say things that don't fit with the conversation. Anyway, I am used to it, and I just go with the flow and act like everything she says is completely normal.
When I got to work this morning, she was asleep. I love when she sleeps in because it gives me time to do my routine. First thing I do is clean the dog room. The dogs stay in a sun porch with a tile floor. One of the dogs is very old and crippled. She pees on the floor a lot. It stinks. I hate stinky smells!! So I spray chlorox spray on the floor and clean it up with paper towels. I love for the room to smell like chlorox. :)
The ball of black fur is Wednesday. She is old and crippled. She can't even make it to the paper in the background. The dog in the box is Heidi. She is the youngest and full of life. I love her the best. Pugsley is the other one. I will try to take a pic of him sometime. After I clean the floor, I get fresh water and food for them. I wear plastic gloves when I clean the floor, so after I finish, I go straight to the front bathroom and clean the sink, toilet, and floor with chlorox wipes. I know...I have OCD. I want everything super clean if I have to use it. I empty the trash and then I sweep the floors. They have hardwood floors that I love.
Then I sit down and rest a while til she gets up. I fix her breakfast and later her lunch. Today I washed two loads of her clothes and folded a load of towels and doggie blankets. She didn't get up until around noon. We talked for hours. I am so thankful I didn't feel like I was going to fall asleep while she was talking to me. Some days I feel like that, and it is misery.
It was really sad this afternoon. Right before it was time for me to go home, she got really confused. She thought we were not in her house and she couldn't understand why she had things just like it in her "other" house. I said, "no this is YOUR house. Your bed is in there where you rest." She wanted me to go with her to look....and there was her bed! Instead of giving her comfort, it confused her even more. She thought Dennis (her husband) had moved their stuff in without telling her. It was so, so sad. She cried and said she was so mad and hurt. I told her I believed Dennis loved her very much, but she was just so upset. Oh, and she thought I was her daughter-in-law. She kept calling me by her name. I tried to tell her I wasn't, but she didn't get it. So, I just let her call me Sandy. It was so sad. It made my heart ache for her.
I stayed longer than usual, and as I was leaving, Dennis came. I was about to get in the car. I was so happy to see him. He said, "is everything ok?" I told him no and what she had been saying. He said, "I'm sorry. We go thru this about every night." Life is sad, ya'll.
When I left work, I went straight to Walmart to get groceries and supplies. We were out of everything. I shopped and shopped and spent $280. (I think) And, there were things I needed to get that I didn't. It was after 6PM when I got home. I made Ryan help me get everything upstairs. Mark just wanted sandwiches for supper since it was so late. I ate leftovers and Ryan ate chicken nuggets. Easy peasy! I just have a few more things to put away and then get ready for bed.
Well, that was my interesting day, (ha!). I hope ya'll had a great day too. Be blessed and safe. Till next time.
